Favorite book from my childhood
Are you a fan of reading? If you are then, do you remember loving the summer
break from school because you could read any book you wanted? No reports, no
tests, just reading for the pure pleasure of it.

For me, I waited for summer because it meant I could read my favorite book, again and again if I wanted. And that childhood favorite still sits on my bookshelf calling to me once in awhile.
I'm writing a guest post for my friend Jacquie today, head over to her blog (BlessingsinHomemaking) to read all about my favorite summer book from my childhood.
Oh and if you had a favorite book you waited for summer to read, or any time really, let me know - I'd love to hear from you!

Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting on my blog. I LOVE reading. My favorite gift ever was what my parents gave me last Christmas - a Kindle. All of our Kindles are all on one account - so if one person buys a book we can all read it.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!

I love summer reading too!Something about it is so relaxing. The kids and I are reading Heaven is for Real for the second time. I love the story line and sends such a great message. I hope that through the eyes and heart of a four year old's trip to heaven it will make it a more real place to my own kids. HOpping over to BlessinginHomemaking to read your post!
