Cozy Book Hop & A List for Boys

Thursday, February 07, 2013

Alright so we're going to have another Cozy Book Hop, you can find the linky below, but first I wanted to share with you a nice list of books for boys of all ages for Valentines.

I mean this is a holiday that isn't really for boys - you know it's pink! Granted my boys are still young enough that they don't care, at least I thought so. At least I thought so until we went to a craft hour this week. The craft was a crown, and the decorations were all valentine themed. He was not interested. So we made a tool belt, and he drew on "tools" they didn't really look like tools, but you get what I'm saying, at least all you boy mamas out there.

So this list is from the MOB Society (if you are a boy mama, I seriously recommend checking out their site often.) and it includes book ideas for toddlers up to teens.

I realize that many families don't make a big deal out of Valentines but I see it as a great chance to talk about loving ourselves, each other and God (granted we do this all the time - but it never hurts to make a whole to honor this).

And now for the most popular post from last week's hop:

Drive-By Book Reviews: January from Warrior Wives. It is a great list of books she read, and quick little reviews. A great quick read if you are looking for a new book suggestion!

And now let's link up.

Please feel free to link up any post you have on reading and books -

This can include lists of books you want to read - books your kids are reading - how you are teaching little one to read - what you read in your Bible this week... the options are limitless!

Please link to the direct post, not just your blog.

If you could stop by some of the others linking up that would be wonderful, as I am hoping to build a community of readers here, not just a pit stop...

And if you add in a link back to the hop (the button code is on the sidebar, but a text link is great too), I'll give you a shout out on Facebook and Twitter...

Let's get this hop started!
