Pat the Bunny & Cozy Book Hop

There are so many amazing classic children's books. I'm sure you have plenty that come to mind from your childhood, right?

My youngest has taken a special liking to one of my childhood favorites - Pat the Bunny by Dorothy Kunhardt.

This little book is wonderfully interactive - which  I believe makes an early book so wonderful. Kids love to touch and get into things, why shouldn't story time involve some extra activity?

This cute little story chronicles Jane and Paul through some of the activities they do - and each activity has some way to interact with the book.

My son could spend at least ten minutes straight playing peek-a-boo with Paul!

I am just thrilled to see him into a book at a young age.

Have you read this book to your kids? Did someone read this book to you? Let me know!

Time for another Book Hop! My favorite post of the week, because I get to sneak a small glimpse into your reading world.

Please link up any post you've got (new or old) on any books you've read, want to read, are reading to your kids, or any post about learning to read or write - anything to do with books and reading is what I'm looking for.

If you could link back to the hop that would be great because I love for new people to find us and join in the fun. Or you could grab the Hop button of course!

Also, I am still sending out twitter and/or facebook love to those of you who link up.
